Thank you, Tony. For me one point is still not clear. It is likely not always true that the mixing air point will be the same for part load mode as for full load mode. Because if we are considering different seasons with different outdoor air parameters (like a reason for part load mode), then the mixing point also will be changed. Correct me please if I`m wrong.

Yes your are correct. The OA temp and indoor humidity will both be effected by the season. For sales of simplicity and trying to focus on one concept at a time we typically leave the mixed air at 80/67. But you are correct. In the real world that would change. Thanks for asking. Great point.
