This. They don't come in, but keep pulling on our energy, giving us insomnia, heart palpitations, repetitive and compulsive thoughts, and on top of it, contacting us via fake accounts and spying on us via social media. It is so selfish. I have finally learned how to set energetic boundaries and protect my energy. It was a long and exhausting journey to this point of balance.

Until the DF (chaser) does the work to balance themselves in all aspects the DM (runner) won't return except possibly in spurts to test the DF energetically. The DF leads the dance...meaning until the DF does their work and balances the shared energy the DM won't do their work. It's an energetic dance that the DF leads. Until there's balance and inner union with the DF there will be no external union. The main purpose is to awaken the DF as they are the spiritual twin. They are supposed to wake up to follow their souls calling. The DM is the physical twin.

It’s made up delusional thinking for people who are not ready to accept they are trauma bonded and that the relationship is over. Of course that’s just my opinion. There is no proof that twin flames actually exist obviously
