नींद कि क्वालिटी सुधारने और अच्छी नींद लाने की को टेक्निक आपने बताई है वैसी आज तक किसीने नही बताई । बिना किसी दवा के सिर्फ थोड़ा सा changes karke apne Jo टेक्निक बताई है वह काबिले तारीफ़ है । बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

Nice tis Sir. However only one thing.Mornimg I wake up and I feel sleepy deprived though I seemed to have slept well I do 10 to 20 minutes yoga nidra to reset the body and then I feel better.

Dinner 7 ko leeti hu. 10-30 se sone ki koshish karti hu. Tea or coffee shaam ko nahi leti hu. Morning 9-30 ko tea or coffee leti hu after light breakfast. 9-30 ko sab kuchh band karti hu. Fresh hoke bed banake sone ki koshish karti hu. Fir bhi need me problems hai.

Mere sath bhi same problem hai aur chronic hai...maine bahot kuchh try kiya..But aap yog nidra meditation try kro sone ke time..Waise toh woh neend ke liye nhi hoti par mujhe aa jati hai.. KZbin pr hai..Guruma Anandmurti ki voice mein achha hai. Swami Niranjanand ji ka bhi bahot achha hai..
