Yes it depends what server you go in. Use the NTL mod leaderboards to find more empty servers

In all big servers, Snakey Rain wont work. You can see it in the chat on the left, if server banned. Than if it sais nothing, there is something else that prevent bots spawning. Numer0us stopped public version 2 days ago because an idiot decided to troll me using the bots: after less than 5min all bots desactivated for all public account, the troller lost his power. Later it suppose to work again but the public version will be limited so you need an account.

Bot storming is not something free, but with snakeyrain youll be able to try for free. Bots require good proxies and prenium proxies cost a lot, to have stable bots thats why its normally not free.
