Your “why are you asking me a question” thing is a very effective tool for keeping these dunces in line and productive. Good job

Yea I think it’s effective as well. I also like amdirs when they ask a question in response to amdirs question he will say “I’m not sure why you’re asking a question in response to my question, if you think asking a question counts as answering a question, then I’ll just ask my question again in response to your question”

“logic is real but I have no idea how to make a deductively valid argument” is lowkey hilarious.

It's amazing how people can think they are participating but be so wrong. It's like a child running along a race excitedly and imagining they are actually in the race.

Logic as a language works well because we designed it to work that way!
@darth_mb16 сағат бұрын
Yeah no it's DEFINITELY more likely that if logic was discovered it'd be more useful and not if it was a convention. Like imagine finding a formal language to a language we don't have lol. These ppl just are incredible at being poor reasoners.
@benjaminhorwitz59312 сағат бұрын
@ I think it’s on purpose. It makes their arguments easier to understand for laymen. Most people genuinely cannot reason, so if god *has* instantiated it, then he did a piss poor job.

Premise 1 :- logical reasoning is the best way to find truth Premise 2 :- monkeyboy uses logical reasoning in KZbin debates Conclusion:- Monkeyboy KZbin channel is the best channel on KZbin. Only haters will gonna say that this argument is not valid......😅😂

Hi Monkey. Could you please provide epestemic justification for your metaphysical pressupositions going into this argument? For example, could you please explain how you know that you can derive the truth from logical argumentation, or how logic is possible on your worldview. Thank you in advance 😊😊😊

Oh stop suppressing the truth. you already know the self evident truth of our sheared naturalistic athiestic reality that has been revealed to all of sound mind through both natural and special revelation on which all concious beings grounds there epistemic and metaphysical justifications.. come on stop lying...😂😅

Aren't you presupposing logic when you ask him to present argument , otherwise how would you make sense of whatever he said ? Perhaps I missed something

I think after reading one of your comments, I understand now. Thanks for the content. Very interesting!

@@TheOoopax logic isn't a proposition so idk what it means to presuppose logic, unless you're saying I'm presupposing logic exists, then I'm definitely not doing that.
@TheOoopax2 сағат бұрын
Yes I was saying that it seems to me that you're adopting (not sure if it's a correct word) a logical thinking when you ask him to present an argument to support his reasoning. And logic seems to be the tool to analyze whatever argument he would give. Thx for engaging btw
@СергейМакеев-ж2н54 минут бұрын
@@TheOoopax There's a difference between "presupposing logic" and "presupposing that *the other person* presupposes logic". If you presuppose that _he_ believes in logic, it's perfectly intelligible to ask _him_ for an argument.
