Jae Ellis i grew up in Soundview Park early 80's. Fat Joe and KRS were gods in the bronx back then. Those were the days when hip hop was only in NY, barely even on NY radio. Shit was 100%. The people around him probably thought *you don't have to be a great singer, just look good.* He thought he was gon get by on "good looks," pero it didn't work out according to plan. Fat Joe and them should've been upfront w/ him and said look *we gon always be family, pero we can't work w/ you professionally.* That's the mistake they made. Broken promises after broken promises. See, Antonio, I told you that you need to take some vocal lessons. I wasn't tryna get cute w/ you. I was being serious. You obviously can't sing outside of the studio so w/ professional training, you can work on yo' range and technique. Sure, you can rely on auto-tune while you're in the studio, pero what happens when you go live? I saw you at _SolVillage_ and you weren't good at all. You were hot, sweaty, winded and worn out. And you had really bad breath control. I'm sorry, pero I don't believe Miss Patti LaBelle told you that you didn't need any vocal lessons. Come on now. You even said in another interview that you could compete w/ Peabo Bryson and Wanya Morris. When you said that, Antonio, all I could do was shake my head in disbelief.

He does good on record (provided there's auto-tune available), pero *live* & *on stage,* he legit drowns 95% of the time. He always has bad breath control and he's always hitting flat notes.
