Yeah, Philippines do experience Heavy rains and typhoons as normal but the real reason why water level can be that crazy is that a lot of cities in our country doesn’t have proper sewers where rain/typhoon water can flow properly without affecting shelters and roads and I hope Philippine government would do something about it instead doing things for personal gains.

The drainage are clogged with trash, that’s the big problem in the Philippines! A lot of people do not follow the rules, (not all but a lot of them especially the Vendors)...That’s the reason why every time there’s a heavy rain, many of the Streets especially in Manila Area will be flooded immediately!
