I spent many years cleaning bay doors as a mechanic in the army. We would just scrub simple green onto them and pressure wash it off. Works a treat.

from experience, make a spot for your forklift to park tightly in the corner of one of your rack sets. this way it has a home and you know when its not home or who didnt put it to bed, you dont have to move it around all the time to get to stuff around the shop, and you can keep extra tanks/tools for it in that little area.

So yesterday I had to clean my shop, boiler room and storage areas for employment reasons. Found a lot of tools I thought were missing, odds and ends I didn’t know I even had, even the odd mouse carcass. Found 3 rolls of electrical tape while cleaning. I needed some tape last night for a repair in a tenants apartment, but do you think I was able to find where I put them after cleaning and organizing???? NOPE. But before I cleaned and organized, I knew exactly where 2 of those rolls were.

Pro-Tip to clean walls/doors: 24ft extendable duster and a bucket of water and degreaser - rinse off when done. (PS- Putting roll bar padding on the shelving that is head high and up to 6ft is nice for storage of body panels, and not bashing knees n heads n elbows)

You should retro fit the T12's to LED. You'll get better light on the ground. It'll cost initially, but the lighting will be awesome. Super easy to do. Change the one you are going to change anyways from ballast to driver and buy lamps and see 👀😉👌

Jeremy, if you ever have to deal with wasps, take a pump sprayer and add just a little bit of soap(like Dawn dish soap) and fill the pump sprayer. The water should be slightly blue and it will kill wasps almost immediately. They may last for 30 seconds but they won’t be able to fly because they can’t breathe.
