Ruth Clampett and Linda Jones, daughters of Warner Brothers animators Bob Clampett and Chuck Jones, talk about growing up with artistic geniuses and how they keep their dads' stories and lives in animation in the forefront of cartoon and art fans.
These two animators created characters and directed some of the best cartoons in animation history, including Porky in Wackyland and What's Opera, Doc, among many others. Bob Clampett created Beanie and Cecil, and Chuck Jones is known for creating Wile E. Coyote and Roadrunner, Gossamer, Marvin the Martian, and many others.
These powerful Hollywood businesswomen also made collecting the art of animation and film accepted and embraced around the world and own all rights to sell official Warner Brothers cartoon art, Vintage WB movie art, DC comics art, and the art of Harry Potter. They also talk about how they built empires of their own, making geek art cool. Animation expert Leslie Combemale of ArtInsights Animation and Film Art Gallery moderates.
