I am a hindu and a student of Bangladesh🇧🇩. I was directly involved in the movement. On 5th August, when dictator Hasina resigned from her position, so there was very much possibility of hindus and other minority people would be attacked. So we hindus and as well as our muslim brothers, we all were aware and gurded our temples, houses the whole night. The "Gaouchia Committee " ( গাওছিয়া কমিটি) one of the biggest muslim volunteer company of Bangladesh stand beside us. From 5th August night to till now they are checking, guarding our temples, hindu residing areas so that we can be save. And yes, inspite of guarding heavily, the attacks on minority is still happening, we couldn't absolutely stop it. But the attacks are happening mostly in provincial areas, in border area villages where the guarding are not enough, but I can assure you brother, most of the areas including cities, villages are safe. And our new intermediate govt. Is working to stop the attack from those provincial areas. We have to give time to our govt. This minority attacks are not new in our country. But as a hindu, this time I'am seeing light as most of our muslim brothers are continuously helping us. Because this country is for all of us, not for any particular religion( দেশটা সবার, কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ধর্মের নয়)। most of us hindus are safe, don't worry. Where the attacks are happening, the administration is taking step ASAP.

Bangladesh official religion is islam and it's constitution starts with the verses of quran. Bangladesh ain't listed within secular countries. Bangladesh is listen within Muslim countries like Iran and Pakistan Preamble of the Bangladeshi constitution has the word " Bismillah" and it starts with the sentence " With absolute trust and faith in almighty Allah" ... I am a hindu student. I live in Dhaka, and yes, I am safe. I took part in the protest, too. My friends are protecting mondirs. But the discrimination has been showing some places, I never felt it before in that amount. A bishnu murti had been broken in my village, 5th Aug. And not presences of any other religion's prayers in government oath ceremony to changing street names. People are more concerned about the calligraphy art in the wall than threats on minorities. It's out of revenge and rage, but it shouldn't happen. Many statutes and memorial places have been destroyed. Bangali culture and Muslim religion's rules are clashing everywhere, especially in people's minds.

Can't you see? All over the world where secularism is the main theme; no Muslims can live there peacefully. Bcoz anti Muslims use this as a disguise for themselves. Some people are saying that there was no attack on temples and some are saying that Awami League did it.Some are saying that the Awami League has burnt them. Total of 232 people have died after the fall of Government in Bangladesh. -Prothom Alo And only 2 Hindus died. One was a police officer & other one was an Awami League activist. -Alzajeera Hindu population of Bangladesh is 10%. And only ~1% of the total fatalities are from Hindus & 99% fatalities are from Muslims. It proves Bangladeshis are extra careful on Hindus. If Bangladeshi Hindus were treated like a family, then why did Bangladesh official religion is islam and it's constitution starts with the verses of quran. Bangladesh ain't listed within secular countries. Bangladesh is listed within Muslim countries like Iran and Pakistan Preamble of the Bangladeshi constitution has the word " Bismillah" and it starts with the sentence " With absolute trust and faith in almighty Allah" ... Article 2 of Bangladeshi constitution states that official religion of Bangladesh is islam.
