I’m literally just typing out a paragraph or so each day just to write my thoughts, anything interesting that I saw or did. Not really keeping track of anything too nitty gritty.

What do you do for vertigo patients? I get it a lot.

When I had vertigo I had to do physical therapy they would have me stand on a machine to test my balance, do walking, etc.
