Its up at 90 deg flexion. Would still do cable ER at side. But also good to do ER at other positions of flexion and abduction for overall shoulder resiliency in various positions. Forget what article it was, but this actually was shown to have highest EMG of infraspinatus as compared to more traditional cuff exercises.

@@sportsrehabexperts Ok but EMG studies don't necessarily mean much when it comes to increasing hypertrophy and strength. I mean, you can register a very high EMG reading by squeezing your hands together as hard as possible.

@@totallyraw1313 squeezing your hand is an isometric contraction and no progressive overload. Its just saying neural drive. Its sets, reps, weight, time under tension that builds hypertrophy
