It is not an individually timed task. The Listening section in PTE overall is about 30-43 minutes. So, the faster you complete the previous tasks in the Listening section, the more time you will have for the WFD task. Normally, 1 min is enough to write down 1 sentence.

"Nutritionists recommend drinking at least two litres of water everyday". Isn't there a mistake in this sentence? "Every day" (two words) means each day or on a daily basis. It describes an action that should be repeated daily. "Everyday" (one word) is an adjective that means ordinary or common. You're talking about an action (drinking water) that should happen daily, so "every day" is appropriate not "everyday".
