Pterosaurs being stck underwater is because the surface is a solid wall(mechanically). Otherwise marine reptiles would go flying.

if anybody is struggling with getting the mosasaurus, I have 2 strategies to use at a time with amenities, you put them in a wide path with a bunch of people, doesn't matter if it's blue, if you are adding something to the amenity and it increaess money, then keep it and with power, you make power stations and those things related.
