Very nice. My main scale is N, but I have a few Marklin mini-club kits I picked up when stationed in Germany. They've been in storage for years, so the engines need some TLC. Been looking at getting some AZL engines and rolling stock for fun; still amazed that decoders can fit in them. :)
@ptitrainrouge3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment; the decoders are from DIGITRAX , specficaly designed for AZL; they are plug in , it is easy

Great video. I really enjoyed this tour of your amazing Z scale layout. I love this layout. You have done such an outstanding job of capturing the American desert scenery, and the feel of the vast desert, brilliant modelling. I also really love the Colorado / mountain scene that contrasts the desert. Awesome work👍👍👍

Amazing layout! Your track design and scenery work are top notch. I’m pretty new to z scale and run AZL trains and rolling stock with some micro trains cars on Rokuhan track. I keep my track pretty clean, what’s the best way to clean loco’s and rolling stock wheels?
@ptitrainrouge3 жыл бұрын
hello Adam, to clean the wheels I use alcool and a small soft rag,or Q tip. For the track. once dirty, I use a Roco rubber, and then a small amount of WD40 on a soft rag; I try to avoid alcool as it is a polar molecule which favorises micro electric arcs and coke building. WD protect also from oxydation, so I clean my tracks once every 3 or 4 month only

How big is Z scale? Also is it difficult to buy considering it’s not as common?
@ptitrainrouge3 жыл бұрын
Z scale is 1/220? that means that the rail gauge is 6 mm, and a GP38 near 8cm long; the best way to buy Z scale is on the internet shops, and ebay, you can go here www.zscalemonster.com/ or here zscalehobo.com/

Your English is okay. It is a hard language to learn. I grew up speaking it and still get it wrong sometimes. That is because I am an Okie. "We speak American not English." A local joke.
