as always mr. waid delivers, the Problem with Headgear and Protection is, it gives you a false feeling, you do alot of times things you wouldnt do in a real fight because you are protected, same goes for knife vs knife, better practice with markers without gear for reality, exception are the eyes, you can wear safety goggles, thats it.
