I trained wing chun/ JKD for about 3 years at a very good school. I learned a lot. They are both the BEST system for street fights, ending the fight quick. I still practice with friends,my wife and my daughters just to keep my technique Propper.

Very interesting design Sifu Wong. I had just started learning the basic Wooden dummy techniques before I stopped attending Wing Chun School a while back. I would love to compare it to the traditional mook jong when the opportunity presents itself.
