Cam is too slow on something that is shorter than 70.3. His best race (70.3) was 3rd with a weak field. PTO has stats on it. Ironman is his distance.

If you haven´t gotten this question answeared already then, no. A lot of great runners look like they roll in their ankels but it acts as a natural dampening. This is something that comes natural to some runners. However, there are some great runners who healstrike and have no pain running. So whatever your personal technique is, as long as there is no pain and you keep making progress it is good for you.

How the teams are divided doesn't make a lot of sense. This is an individual sport, i cant believe any of these guys care about the people on their team or the flag they're under. They will race their race regardless of the matchup, but in the end I bet they will compare all their times together...

Hey Ya'll who replied to my respective comment, Ya'll ain't gotta explain and justify why Paulita is self-defeating, it is just intuitive observations that I noted in the video. I encourage you to view her section again and listen to what she says. For example: "....I would want to be World Champion at some/any distance, but I don't think that's gonna happen..." As well when she states: "...I am super competitive when I race, but I have so many doubts of myself when not racing..." Come on Ya'll, its in Black and White in front of you. And you try to badger me by giving excuses for her, and her own reply to me: "This was recorded 2 months ago, I am fine now..." Denial is just not a name of a river in Eygpt! All the Best Paulita in 2022. By the brief looks of things and PTO adding that race in your home turf (KANADA), I can only forsee you placing so much pressure on yourself to represent and "win" that you are likely overdoing it presently and this unfortunately will be counterproductive for you as THE TOP INTERNATIONAL KANADIAN wanting to do well at PTO KANADA in 2022. You have the tools already, You just need the Proper "MINDSET"! Unconsciously
