Cyma actually makes a really good 210rd magazine. They feed really well even if the spring tension at new is a little bit strong. They are between the size of a real 30 and 40rd pmag.

who loads a midcap with out an odin these days? Ive got 14 and they feed fine. I load the mags till i get hard resistance. I dont need to force the mag to fit 250 if its not going to take it. The ammo counter is a guide, not a rule.

This is weird.... but I prefer to load my mags with just a regular 500 capacity M4 style press loader. I have had bad experiences with odins and magazines misfeeding. I always recommend getting an odin but I just prefer a regular press loader.

Odin's are trash and the EPM1 gets hard to feed at about 120 rounds and the follower that's supposed to show how many rounds you have pick and chooses when to not get stuck, these are common problems people are asking about all over the forums you frequent... 14 EPM1s get the fuck out of here

Because 99% of people know you fill em up, leave them filled a few days and that breaks the springs in. Then they feed flawlessly in pretty much anything that takes M4/stanag mags.

Ive got 4 of these and they REQUIRE break in. I loaded and unloaded each one a couple of times, and let it sit for 24 hours. No problems now. This is a commonality of all PTS Mags, even the 150 ones.

Can confirm swapped an awsome cybergun mp5k with propper markings nice paint job shot brilliant and so on, for a nice p90, reieved the p90 with non of the accessoried that were photod on the gun and when i opened it it wasnt even the gun promised it had a plastic gearbox. Now il only buy boneyard guns to fix up cus i at least can fix something thats worth fixing. Always see in person first unless your willing to get a pile of rubbish

Just started started using perun mosfets in some of my guns ! Must say so far I'm very impressed . Tried the ASCU mosfets years ago and they were total dog shit . Hopefully these perun units will prove to be reliable for a long time if so I'm converted .just as a side note a mate fitted a perun into a mp5 and managed to chew threw both wires at the pinion gear not surprisingly it stopped working .he sent it to me I re wired it and it was perfect 😀. Was quite impressed at that ,the ASCU mosfets used to shit themselves if you took the fucking things out the box in an order they didn't like

The video is hilarious and actually quite educative, i like that!!! I actually use PTS Mags, but the old ones, of 150 rounds, but just fill those up to 100 BB's. Actually it are the only mags, which fit and work in both my guns properly. I know that's strange and i have no idea why. The G&G F2000 even did not liked G&G Mags and did not fed properly. After one year of testing mags, from Cyma, G&G, Lonex, Hexmags and some more i cannot remember (I know that many standard mag have issues to feed heavy ammo properly, what sucks by the way) , the old PTS Mags were the only ones, which fit and feed feed 0.36g BB's in both my rifles. But i don't care about the new PTS EPM1. I already know that those won't fit in the F2000 anyways. No need to change something, what is still working just fine. And yea i agree, 250BB's is overkill, who the fuck needs that much ammo? (Okay maybe a super light set-up with just two or three mags, it actually would make sense, when you are able to fill the Mags up, and your TP and TP-spring is strong enough to handle the pressure of the mag). I carry 8 Mags and never used all for my self, till now during one game day. But what i did, was trowing one of the mags to a buddy, who ran out of ammo. So i will stick to my old PTS EPM's as long as they do their job, and give a shit about the EPM1.

I even have this with the previous 150bb rounds epm mags. to much pressure on the hop up or something when full. Won't feed in my stock hop up specna & stock hopup g&g scar-l. When I fill them to around 120-130 feeds like a dream. Still one of the better mags I've used if you ignore that "detail".

I have 6 PTS EPM1 mags, the ammo indicator doesn't work on any of them, not sure if it's because I can't exert 100 giga-newtons of force on my speadloader or they're just fucked. They all feed well on my gun but yeah filling them with bbs is pretty difficult.

I use a maxx hopunit atm in my novritch SSR4 Maxx hopunit Maxx cillinder Maxx cillinder head Maxx adjustable nozzle Maxx piston head Devils piston Mr hop blue bucking Omega nub Maple leaf 6.02 barrel It took me a long long time to get it fitted and working But i love it atm. Absolutly shoots like a boss. Had to put in a weaker spring to get to 1.19J 1.2 is maximum allowed If i put the original novritch 1.2J spring inside i shoot 1.6/1.7 J airseal is nuts

For my aps guns I need 8 rubber o rings to get the Maxx hop up to sit tight up against the gear box, my vfc guns not even one, I use the extra small o ring off the krytac inner barrels 🤣

He shows that it gets very stiff and hard to fill when getting near full, and he described the feeding issues he's witnessed when the mags are full working at a site and seeing it In the real world, he also mentioned he'd emptied some out before using it in the gun. Also having a spring that long, when it "beds in" the spring is weakened, and there's a good chance some of the last bb's won't have enough spring tension to feed

That's why most manufacturers don't recommend going that far and use 100BBs in 120BB mags, etc. The EVO mags go to a sudden halt when full, just like a shotgun mag. I've seen people trying to go beyond that (for some weird reason) and the mags split in two... My 140BB CYMA AK mags get quite stiff beyond 120BBs. The Guarder blue box AK mags hold 160, I think, and they get quite stiff beyond 140, which I try never to reach. Those are the biggest I have. There's nothing peculiar about that, or springs bedding in and losing tension... My original PMAGS are 10 years old and still work fine, but I have to stretch the springs now and then and remember to unload all of them after a game day. Again, nothing special about it. I must have missed the part about taking ammo out. Yeah. Not that I'd ever use those particular mags, though.

Hey negative, I thought this might be of value to you, those maxx hop units that have problems feeding, the clip thats supposed to “retain” bbs thay actually ends up causing misfeeding can be pulled out and clipped so it no longer interferes, but I get that for the money it should be the best performing right out of the box too so just do with that info what you will

If you load it light, say, 200 rds, do you see the same problems with the new PTS mags? I know it's all relative and I already have loads of midcaps and hicaps, but I get a full load of mags with each gun I use, and I'm in the market (future purchase of a VFC 416C). I can loan out a full setup and also to save time--nice to just grab loaded mags instead of wasting time loading mags on game day.

So the pts epm1, I have mags from both the first batch and the second batch. The ones from the first batch I have not had a single problem with. They load with no problems, and they feed flawlessly in everything I have stuck them in. The mags from the second batch are garbage and have problems. The one you have in this video is from the second batch.

Are you sure that there are 2 batches? The production date is embossed on the magazine (circle below the mag catch). The only production date I have seen was September 2019 and that ranges from people who preordered them before release to people who ordered them last week.

I always rewire to 16awg and slap T plugs on it and I only use 7.4s. I get snappy results with a very healthy, non wanker 15-17rps. 😉 Did notice tho I jump almost 2 rps when I use a 3000mah 10c titan compared to a 1000mah 15c 7.4. But barely

I hate those Mags as well. You can’t even fill the whole thing without breaking your mid cap They do not feed well at all. Towards the end of the mag the spring got so weak from these people leaving their mags stored with bbs. Now the spring is too weak. It’s a piece of shit. When you try to do too much it doesn’t work well. I don’t like them. Fuck 250 rounds. You don’t even get the 250

You cant even get pts mags. Last i checked theyre impossible to find. Thats not even the epm 2. Epm 1's are impossible to find. Palm mags are impossible to get. The ak side is just as bad. Thats why i dont use them. I know know that the epm2's are sketchy.
