Throughout my entire life I never understood how people could idolize these celebrities and these pop stars. Every time someone asked me “Who’s your celebrity crush?” I’d just choose someone random to get them off my back. But after I went to my first concert which happened to be, of course, a PTX concert, I have never been the same. I have never been so in love with a group of strangers before. This group of people have touched my heart in a way I never knew was possible, until now. If I’m gonna idolize someone, I’m so glad that my mind chose the most talented singers in the entire universe. I hope someday I will be one of those lucky fans who can meet them in person, so I can express my admiration towards the greatest singing group of all time.

Let's be fair - in the world of performers, PTX are something special. They have by god *earned* the love all us Pentaholics give them - they're just wonderful people, and they love what they do, and they love that *we* love what they do, and it makes us love them even more :) (and I say this as a cynical, burned-out Old Guy - man, if they can reach me, they can reach the world...)

I had the same experience! My first concert was PTX VIP in Atlanta it was so amazing!! I really love them. I didn't think I'd get so excited over celebrities either until them lol...ugh just fantastic talent!!! ❤

Imo when it comes to cappella music, humbleness just comes with it because we just love it more. There is nothing to cover up your mistakes. It requires a little extra something. Im not sure what exactly. But they dont have fake personas like the rest of the music industry. And thats what I love about them.

All 5 of them were raised to be very caring people who put others before themselves. In today's world of young people in the music business that is totally unheard of !! They are truly thankful for their talent and success and are always appreciative of their fans. Shout out to their parents and families who are always behind them!

Dear Mitch grassi, I want you to know how you have changed me. Watching you preform gives me the confidence to also be myself. I realize having my own different style truly is beautiful. I no longer hide myself in hoodies but instead wear the most impractical crazy heels just to go to school for no reason other than it makes me happy. I am happy to be able to tell you I now feel beautiful. I feel perfect. I just wish you know you are the cause of that. I idolize you. I would love for you to know how much I look up to you. I’m now confident enough to even try out for solos in my school chorus and I even get them sometimes. You’re truly life changing to me. I feel my voice is beautiful too along with myself. I watch you sing and it teaches me how to hit the notes you also hit. I also have trained myself to sing in the whistle range. It may not sound that great yet and might not be very controlled, but it’s a start. Because of you. Thank you for being you. Lucy Hale I'm a grade ahead of you, and 7th grade, around this time yo may lose self confidence. Just remember no matter what you hair, face, body, clothing, looks like, and you're concerned people are judging something about you, everyone is probably honestly worrying about themselves and being judged more than you. either way, when things ever seem tough, you don't like how schools going, just remember you are wonderful as yourself. Dont change for anything. However, 7th grade should be very fun. You'll make a bunch of great memories with friends this year, trust me. 💛

It’s so meaningful that Kevin realizes that he and the rest of Pentatonix really do heal people with their music. My husband might be slightly annoyed by how often I play their music or talk about them, but he also knows how much they lift my spirits and how much they help me have a better outlook on life and do all of the mom things that have to get done.

I saw them in Dallas. It was my first concert and one of the happiest moments of my life. as a victim of depression and anxiety this made me forget all of my struggle. I went to ur last concert. IT WAS AMAZING!! I am just a kid, and I admire you so much!! I go to church and my favorite church song that you guys sang is Oh Come All Ye Faithful. It's been a while since I commented on any PTX videos. My journey with them since 2013 has been both awesome and unforgettable. Meeting them in the flesh in 2013 was the highlight of my year; they are so great in person and the genuinely love there fans. Sadly since Avi left, I have grown away from them. Don't get me wrong; they are so talented and continue to amaze me we what they do and Matt has been made to feel so welcome by all the fans, but for me the journey is over. I wish them continued success as they make so many people happy through their music as they have always done but...Avi will always be my heart and for me, PTX will not be the same without him. I feel as if the world is going down a staircase, and at the bottom is where all the awful things we've stepped away from are coming back. Things like hate for one another because of what they look like, hurting our planet, and separating two people who love each other because they're the same gender, are some of the things at the bottom of the staircase. But when people do nice things, even small things like recycling a water bottle, make a difference and help propel the world and make it go up the staircase. And then there are things like this, where a group of people come together to bring joy and happiness to people everywhere. They make the world go up this staircase two, three, four steps at a time. You hear about so much hate and violence in the media nowadays, but we don't often hear about the love that five people can give through music. What I said may seem sappy, but I feel as if it needed to be said.
