Thouroughly enjoy Ms. Yogambal's recipes and her presentation. Low key, interesting, funny. Similar to dangar pachadi, my family makes netthu kottuma pachadi. Dry roast ulundu like you did, powder fine. Add salt andsmall amount of turmeric powder. No red chilly or cumin. Can be stored in a jar. Mix with butterilk/thayir before serving. My mother used to say this powder can be carried when we travel and mixed with buttermilk/thayir, can be enoyed with chapati, rice etc. High quality protein and the buttermilk/thayir give good bacteria to our gut to saty healthy during travels.
