some girls start puberty earlier than others! i dont think there is anything to worry about atm because periods can be very irregular during the first years. if her height rapidly increases than maybe talk to a doctor. dont stress:) some girls go through puberty much earlier.

Dear Asha, there is no need to be ashamed of being tall. Every teenager grows at a different rate; your friends will gain height over the next few years. Be happy about your height; no reason for body shaming at all. Eat a balanced diet. If you are very thin and living in India, you may consider taking a course of deworming medicine.

Mam ,my daughter is 13 years old when she got her first period it continued to 8 days bleeding was very very less . Then after 2 months she got periods in which only 2 to 4 drops bleeding was there in one whole day and it continued 15 days and whenever she do some workout then suddenly she used to get 2 ,3 drops of bleeding. Please tell is it normal or not I am very tense
