Groza was only made for a few years in Russia before it was discontinued in the 90s - pretty much impossible to obtain even for a Russian government member, let alone some dude in the US where new transferrable machine guns have been illegal since 1985 (on top of sanctions against Russia disallowing importation of their weapons and ammo).
