Hey Deermeat! As a chiropractor working for over 20 years, can I lovingly suggest that you find a good chiropractor and maintain a weekly schedule of adjustments to regenerate your lower back? when you use Chiropractic as a regenerative tool, you will benefit far more than if you use it only occasionally to ease pain. From Brazil, I am always cheering you on thank you for all of the fantastic videos.

So glad you got help from a good Dr, so many camouflage problems by taking pills instead of therapy. First time I've ever seen someone get a gallon size hog three times in a row ! Here's a hawaiian style marinade to try with your surplus of hogs : A 6 oz can of pineapple juice, with 1/3 cup each soy sauce and olive oil and seasoning (to taste) 1 teaspoon of powdered/ground ginger and 1 teaspoon of sugar with 2 cloves fresh crushed or minced garlic. Marinates and tenderizes meat fast, so only marinate in fridge about 3-4 hours or one hour at room temp because it will turn gummy on outside from pineapple juice. The marinade should be cooked to full boil afterward to use for sauce. Grill some onions peppers and pineapple rings with sauce for a great meal !

When I cook wild game, like hog, dove, quail, etc.. I put them in a bag in the fridge overnight with Italian dressing, a can of sprite, and jalapeño juice (totally eliminates any gamey taste).
