: I grew up in Baybay Leyte during the war years in a rented old 2story Spanish house. The house is still there.... across the street from the school house, the church and the small park. Many wonderful memories I can relate to. Loved Baybay and am thankful forever to the people there who took good care and protected us thru those rough years.... Especially to the Loretto family and hundreds more.
