So, the combination of the bottom-up to create a solution prototype and top-down scaling up through policymaking is really what the govpreneurs do best and we are on a journey to create thousands of govpreneurs in Bangladesh.” Anir Chowdhury is the policy advisor at UNDP Bangladesh/ Government of Bangladesh. Anir Chowdhury is one of the architects responsible for devising and refining the blueprint for innovations in the public sector of Bangladesh. I was fortunate enough to have him as my mentor at a2i and was constantly inspired by the level of insight, enthusiasm, and work ethic he demonstrated on a daily basis.
