What's worked for me is visualizing. I play the scene of me speaking a 1000 times in my mind. I always get an "applause" from the audience :). When I do go up to speak in real, I have already done it many times. Method actors also use this technique to get into the character.

1:40-Out Biggest Enemy in public speaking is difference between timing of thinking and timing of our words. 2:06:-How to fix: By writing as it makes our thoughts and synchronised as it fixes the speed of our thoughts 2:57:- Typing is also fine but Writing is always better 4:05-Listen to your own voice by recording and listening it later to ascertain what are the emotions that are generated by your voice. 4:50 Record your own voice doing whatever 6:09-Don't say No to any opportunity that invites you to speak in public. A place with 2 or more people beside you is the area of your public speaking 6:31- 7:40-Also failure in this stage won't lead to any negative consequences

1. Write to select your thoughts. There are so many things we feel, we missed out on! Because the speed of thought and speed of saying doesn't match! So write to synchronise! 2. Listen to your voice after 1-2 week. And figure out the emotions you were generating then! You are an actor! You can generate emotion through words. 3. Don't say to any opportunity to speak up in front of people!

One of my friends, a public speaking professional told like this. Please remember, a person speaks in English, I mean English , not Hin- glish will always take upper hand . Please try to teach public speech in English. He told me In my area of work , whoever speaks English , we admire and give more opportunities. An unwritten rule , This is reality.
