Publix also expects more out of their employees than other retailers but also offers excellent benefits and company stock based on income and pays great dividends. They were listed as the second best company to work for in america by Forbes in the 90's and I'm sure they still are.

I love these stories. I recently bumped into this girl at this pharmacy in my neighborhood and asked her about this other girl, a coworker and best friend of hers whom I haven't seen for a while. Her response didn't just made my day, it made my year. She says: "I got a message from your daughter; you're gonna be a grandpa". Turns out that girl, who is someone that stole my heart since the first day I met her and that I love dearly and consider my daughter, recently found out she's pregnant with her second child. To anybody else looking from the outside in she's a pharmacy employee and I just another one of her customers but to me she's my daughter and that’s why I felt so happy and fortunate when I got that message from her best friend.

I've been saying that for the longest but people don't seemed to get it. I work at a retail store "Circuit City" for years before they ran out of business, and I've met a Caucasian gentleman in his sixties and his wife that was her earlier thirties. She was pregnant. Three years down the line I hadn't seen the couple until one day they came into my store with their baby girl. The couple introduced me to their little girl and I kid you not, the minute the little girl saw me she didn't want to leave my site. After that whenever the couple would come to the store the little girl would cry if her parents didn't leave her with while they shoppe. So yes, I agree with your comment.

It not just considerate unlikely because it is unlikely, not that is is the way it should be yet it. We are living in a world today that people are so preoccupied with their own wants needs, technology, that everything is about them, like it tells us in the scriptures people have become lovers of their self's, they are no 1, they are selfish. Today family's aren't close anymore, elderly people very few family members if any bother with them even to visit, neighbours aren't neighbourly anymore, people don't even know their neighbours anymore, this is the world we are living in, there are a lot of lonely people in the world of all ages , not the way it should be, it is the way it is, with very few exceptions, very sad but true.

This is how is should have started 400 years ago. They living amongst us and being friends even though we are different. But it started with colour coding and slavery and atrocities and is deeply rooted today. Good for those parents who don't teach their children colour but see people for who we are. And find a common ground. I grew up never knowing colour but that different hair means different race. I never knew Caucasians was better than me or Indian was the middle colour and black was at the bottom. I had to travel to see how different the world is and how black skin is treated differently. Well for me, I still do good to those who hates me. At the end of the day I am worthy in God's eyes so no colour cannot stand up to me. Nice child and nice man hope the continue on their journey.
