When you passed through Jacksonville at the 10/95 split that pedestrian walkway that goes above the road is actually there, I was so surprised. It's a walkway for a hospital called Wolfson children's

I looked at the map. When the airport was to the right was Daytona and when you got on 10 west was Jacksonville. There was a stretch there that looked identical to what's actually there. I worked in Jacksonville a ton and been through there many times.

Palm coast resident, that airport on the right side reminded me of daytona, you have planes taking off and landing right over the interstate. Our only airport is flagler, which is a private airport converted from a WWII airstrip.

Btw, just a tip (shunter/yard dog here) - although blindsiding at the drop would have been a pain in the ass, you could have used the larger gap to blindside in to get turned around - then you could back in as normal. A blindside direct onto your bay would be most efficient, but using the bigger space to turn around would be faster and easier.

I have a cousin that lives on the island in Daytona Beach. And the racetrack is totally left of the airport. I've flown into that airport on a few occasions. And I could see the track when walking out of the airport. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure part of the track sits in the front of the left side just slightly lol
