Blue original from a 3 claw clutch = 3kg +- 1200 rpm Upgrade springs. Blue 3.85 kg 1000/1500 rpm 50/70cc Yellow 9kg 2500/3500 rpm . More for 70cc Red 14.4kg 4500/6500 rpm more for high tuned cilinders 70 an75 cc .

As Hodge podged this bike is i recommend changing your top plate on the tripple tree for the clamped bar style that old style can be dangerous

Hi, do you think for a 70cc kit you should turn in two turns still or more?

Like I said I don’t do much clutch tuning BUT, from my understanding I would say you might want to try 2.5/3 turns in. OR get the next size up spring. Which would either be yellow or red. I can’t remember. Whichever one it is you’ll want to try 2 turns in, then 2.5, then 3 and see what feels the best. However you may end up wanting to brace your clutch at that point. If you want to be safe though I would say give it a try with 2.5 and 3 turns. If you don’t mind pulling it out multiple times you could even just start at 2 and go from there. Hope that helped 😁

@@holgerst3607slip is when you let the engine rev up before the clutch kicks in rather than trying to toss a load on an engine that hasn't got up to enough rpms my kitted bike my clutch slips all the way to 3500 rpms before it kicks in by then I'm in the power band and it's instant zoom zoom no peddling all power
