68' barracuda notchback 318 I paid $800 for it back in 77' looked brand new with just under 55k miles. But at 16 I had a lead foot 😂 and before long the engine blew up. And about 79' off to the junk yard. Out of all of the cars I ever had I miss that one the most!

A fiat 126 with a fiat twin cam in it or a jowett javelin I dragged out of a shed and got running or a series 1 land rover or my lancia y10 turbo I sold quite a few rarities that I just acquired and fixed up in my youth and loads of old motor cycles bsa Nortons and old dirtbikes that where cheap in the 80s I regret selling them for cheap.

At the 1:50 mark, you show a 1972 Plymouth Fury. Its the white sedan with the rusted top. Thats the same model car I learned to drive. It was the family sedan and by the time I turned 16, it was rusted out, smoked like a steam engine and was fun to drive up and down the back roads. Finally had to park it at 216,000 miles. It had a 360 V8, smaller engine from what I understand most Furies had.

@user-ht1xu4gv2u Who knows? It seems to be a toss-up. The lithium-ion battery packs aren't sealed by proper welding, so they suck up water when going through the least little puddles. Or when flooded out, by storm runoff. And impact damage from crashes on icy roads. Water and/or impact damage causes them to burn 🔥 for days! Then there's the price! $50,000+ to $70,000+ !!! People can't afford those prices when they are having to choose between food and heating fuel, and having to get second jobs to help pay for vehicle fuel! People are so fed up with the high prices of fuel ⛽️ and E.V.s, that I have seen folks on the KZbin copying Indian and Paki vids about pressure cooking plastic waste to make diesel and gasoline. Kind of like a moonshine still

Hey Silas, you said you hoped it isn't snowing where I live, ...what's snow? I'm watching you crushing and shivering in the cold in Tahiti. LOL Of all the cars I've owned there are three cars I wish I still had, the first is a '66 Hi Performance Mustang Fastback with all of the modifications made in the body at the Ford factory before being shipped to Carrol Shelby, second, I was drafted in '68, at that time I was driving a stock '57 Nomad, my dad sold it for $400, he said the guy that bought it was really glad to have that "old" car ...yeah, I bet he was, the third is a "complete" '51 Henry J that came with a car I bought in the early 70's, that I didn't pay anything for, as part of the deal, the seller said I had to take the Henry J before I could take the car I bought, I just stored it in a shed and never really looked at it. I was young, dumb and stupid and didn't even know what a Henry J was! I wish I had any of them today! However the car that makes me cry the most was during the California gas crisis in '72, I found a 1971 Boss 302 Mustang for $1800 cash, I had $1600 cash with me, the seller knocked off $100, but $1600 was all the money I had.

I've seen car front-ends on PINTEREST that have been turned into bars and shelf units, industrial mantlepieces, and footboards for bizarre bedframes. Then again, I've also seen old car and truck front-ends used on Rat Rodded, Kustomized vehicles as the core support, bumper, and headlights to a mid-century version of a highboy roadster.
