Ingredients:
Caramel:
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
Pudin de Pan:
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
½ cup brown sugar
Loaf of bread, diced or pulled apart
Optional: raisins

This is the best way to make bread pudding. I grew up on this in PR and I remember having a PR cookbook from the 50's with this same recipe. The only thing is that we add butter, ginger and like to soak ower raisins in spices and rum over night or even a few months. My grandmother didn't use coconut milk or raisins just more milk, cream cheese and pistachios.

Sooooo good, only thing i do different is i use other sugar, coconut, or cane. Sometimes i add coconut flakes.Amazing sweet treat. Muy bueno
