I got my set a few years ago for about $70. (I opened it in the car on the way home from the post office since we missed signing for it. XD) My Madoka soul gem had a small drop of gold paint on the front of the gem part, but I was easily able to scratch it off with my fingernail. I wish the light in Mami's was brighter than it is. I tested to see if it was the batteries by switching them with Sayaka's (The one that glows the brightest) but it was still kind of dim. I also wished the part with the light could have been hidden a little more since you see it very easily in Madoka and Mami's soul gems. My favorite one is the dark orb sine I think it's the most accurate and it looks really cool. I also believe that the top of the gem with the small symbol on it was made out of a soft bendy plastic on purpose so that it doesn't break off if you drop it on a hard surface or if someone handles it too roughly. I know that they can get stuck in a bent position if it's left bent long enough (I've seen a lot of the ones from older sets being sold that way) but I believe it to be a smart choice.

Yes, Gashapon released a similar set of Soul Gems (excluding the Dark Orb and corrupted Soul Gems) a couple of months before these ones came out in 2013. Those are good, but all the LED lights are red instead of pink, yellow, purple, and blue. That's why I bought this set instead. :D
