Hopefully, add a private option. Had my parents been allowed to invest their SSI deduction to a zero risk whole life insurance policy ..they would be earning at least 50% more ,,,,,,,and with survivorship benefits passed to whomever they choose. I was born in Allentown in 1952 and both of my parents were born there in the 1920's. I have lived in Puerto Rico since 1992 and I love my island home. Imagine if that same comedian was at a Harris rally and said those things. Her campaign and her and everyone that followed him would condemn it and he wouldn't even be allowed another "joke". @mellod5615 yes. Thats the political discrepancy oddity. nationality disqualifies you in Puerto Rico and does not while in the states. What changes when a Puerto Rican moves to the USA to qualify for voting on federal positions? The nationality is still the same....Puerto Rican, not American. In Hawaiian Islands the USA told us we not allowed USA nationality in the 1959 Admission Act🤔. So guess what that means? Those born in Hawaiian Islands are Hawaiian nationals!!💯💣💥 Because my country was INVADED by USA. My queen was imprisoned for following international law. At one time, residents of Washington DC couldn't vote for President or other federal offices. Would you say people in Washington DC weren't American? Inform yourself.
