I have reservations at that hotel in November & staying in the green room. Sunset about the camera I’m so totally purchasing one and taking it with me. Never ever thought of doing that when traveling. I’m totally excited about staying there. It’s an early Christmas gift to myself. Thx for the video. Hoping they have a new safe in the room when I arrive. ☺️

Totally within your right to react to this entry and like you said about the safe issue and expensive equipment. These smaller hotels need to do extra to keep you both and everyone else safe

You aren’t overreacting. Other than when the room is made up each day, I expect that no other employees would be in my room. Very unique 👀 hotel! I think I’ll stick with the Boanna Torre Malibu Hotel though. Great video as always!

Thank you for your support! We thought it was super strange also. Yes! We bought a $20 wifi cam from Amazon and it’s such a great purchase for travel! We bring it everywhere now lol

So you couldn't open the safe? Did you leave your passports, money and valuables just lying around? The question is, did you go tell the front desk about it and did they fix it? If they did, you failed to mention that in your video. That's not fair to the hotel. I can't imagine a safe in my room not working and me not contacting the front desk and have them fix it or replace it. Videos like this can really damage a hotel's reputation if you don't tell the complete story.

We totally understand you and it is not our intention to damage the reputation which is why we debated about whether or not we should talk about the staff entering our room. We even stated at the end it is still a great accommodation. In regard to the safe, yes, we did bring it up and it only works when a master key is inserted.

Oh that's right, you're the guy that also sanitizes the room when checking in LOL! 😂 I think you should just stay at home. There are just too many safety, security and health risks out there.
