We currently live in the West Toluca Lake neighborhood in Los Angeles and have been researching a possible move to Puerto Vallarta in a couple of years. This video was so helpful and informative. After a quick google search, I saw that Craig’s last name is Strong, and that he is the owner of Craig Strong Realty here in Toluca Lake. It must be an omen!

Great video! I’m thinking of going to PV for Feb-April 2025 and I’m looking for a place to rent. I’m slow traveling as a digital nomad. I was there for a couple of weeks for my 50th and love it. The election has nudged me to accelerate my planning efforts. I’d like to learn about healthcare there along with residency options as I’m also considering Spain and Albania.

Don’t do it …. Its dangerous, Its expensive, Its a Scammers paradise, Go to Thailand or the Philippines its cheaper and the people are better, For $1000 a month you can live like a King. Rent is as cheap as $200 dollars for a Two bedroom house. Notice they don’t tell you how much they pay in Rent etc…

I agree Mexico visa income requirements is getting expensive. The 2025 requirements is changing to $4000/monthly & $73k deposit in mexican bank.
