Every since Dudley it's been a long string of copy and paste BS. In the 80s it was James Brown riffs, social conscience raps from Melle Mel gave way to shallow braggadocio with RUNDMC. The conspicuous consumption video is trite at this point. The 90s was the last spurt of real Hip Hop. Now it's dead. I'd rather bump Reggae.
