sure the peak is cool w when its working but even then i find it finicky and I still find myself using my traditional rig way more, also I know many people who have had the ceramic heating element crack and now there are issues with the new painted unit.

When you look at your PeakPro from the back, and you look at the glass with the water in it, do you see the two small holes in the inner cone facing you? If not and they are on the other side this could cause the problem you're having!

The peak and the peak pro heats up from the bottom, and the guardian heats up from the bottom and the sides with the next puffco try out heating up the chamber and battery like the outline of an octagon. Hope it works out . Your welcome.✌️

Only thing I can think of that could make my Peak Pro better would be a optimal cleaning temperature setting, other than that it's one of the best investments I have ever made for smoking concentrates.

I clean it after my last hit of a session by just using the PEAK setting (540°). There is usually enough liquid oil in the chamber to get the whole chamber VERY clean. However if there's not I throw in some cheap shatter and take a hot hit with it and then clean it and that always gets in perfect!

@@lorez99 I have a heat temp profile for the lowest possible temp for about a minute, even then most times the iso on my q-tip is sizzled off because its too hot. I was hoping for more of a perfect iso cleaning temperature kinda thing, like just add it as an available heat profile or something of that nature.

@@jonn3257 Hi Jonathan! I just use a dry Q-tip! No ISO at all is necessary! The dry qtip does the job quite nicely. Cleans it to almost brand new white with no ISO at all. Then once a week or so I swab out the chamber with ISO when it's cool and also soak it, but I only submerge the chamber in about 1/2 inch of ISO contacts down

It doesn't do tgis with any other electronics..at leaat not any I can find around the house. @RSD 3 no bro I ended up using the glass from my original Puffco and it hits a lot better now. I just paid $75 for an atomizer at the smoke shop and put some platinum skittles indica diamonds and I got to say I had a good lil session. I think the first Puffco gives better clouds than the new one

I use 555°-585° for big dabs. Idk if that would help you, but I get pretty good clouds. Feeling very good afterwards, of course. Also it should be priority to use Q Tips to clean out your atomizer after each dab, if you you don't.

Hey PuffcoPeakPro users! How many heat cycles can one dab take before it has used up all its THC? I usually load a dab that's about the same mass as 2-3 grains of rice. I have found that with the PeakPro it is still a substantial amount of liquid oil after 3 heat cycles at Medium setting. But is the hit still getting me high?

I wish the peak pro add an attachment that you could put between the base and the atomizer that has a piece of metal exposed sticking out that you can heat with a torch like a nail and whether the peak is being heated up by battery or like a torch it doesn’t matter if your battery‘s dead doesn’t matter if you don’t have electricity you can still use this motherfucker something mechanical is 1 million times more reliable than anything with Micro processor or bios or even a CPU turning electricity into processing power and electricity into thermal energy I want my puff coat peak pro do you have an option to be here without battery without energy other than a little torch lighter kind a like having a a banshee with an electric start as well as a kickstart or having a starter on your vehicle and a crank in the front of the vehicle do you know when one’s not working your battery‘s dead you got your crank you crank that shit turn it over

I recently bought a puff peak pro and 2 days after I have it it stopped working it wont turn on unless connected to a charger and as soon as i take it off it wont turn back on unless I have a charger connected. I have made a warrenty claim over a week ago and no one has reached out to me . I seriously think you guys need to get your software together before you release something that isn't completely finished being designed because my puff pro stopped working 2 days out the box . I'm honestly really disappointed in the the product I received I even went out the way to get from a authorized vender and I still got fucked .

I got myself a PeakPro as a Christmas present and it worked great for about 24hrs. then it burned it's first atomizer. (Red/Blue flashy thing) I sent in my warranty claim via the app and got a reply very quickly and was eventually sent a new base. This one has not burned any chambers yet but has issues with the app and bluetooth connection. Like overwriting my custom temps and even overwriting the defautls! Also drops bluetooth and shuts of the light show randomly. I feel like a Beta Tester! I job I used to do for Adobe Alias Wavefront and DigiDesigns only they paid me over $100k's a year to do it!

boost evo buries the peak plus but this proxy is super convienient. heres my beef with the peak and peak pro. the cleaning i hate having to take a part an atomizer an clean it. then you have the airflow pathway........ its just too much cleaning am it needs alcohol to be properly cleaned. i can take my boost evo out for a whole day, take six dabs and only need a qtip.

Roger Volodarsky, boss my Puffco peak pro took a shit on me with out warning I never mistreat it never dropped it never got it wet never filled while on the base never Never taking it for a ride without the travel kit and original glass never put in a backpack where it would shake without travel travel kit.. babies this thing like it was my son or my Gorgeous Perro.. out here in southern Cali.. blue for the sur.. this Bing brick on me one day I had just charged it and it was turning red when I plug it in so I just charge it all the way got through one one full charge it was turning on by itself I don’t know where make the power up and power down noise... Stop working doesn’t turn on doesn’t light up doesn’t charge with the plug doesn’t charge with the base Ready mode don’t work no more it’s like it’s Bricked it’s done it’s gone..
