Puffed Fishing Bait Production

This video shows the puffed fishing bait production by the TSE95-P twin-screw extruder in our client’s plant. Its production capacity is up to 1 ton per hour. The puffed fishing bait’s production is similar to fish feed production. Materials treatment, extrusion, drying, and crushing are the main production processes. The core production technology is co-rotation twin-screw extrusion. In this video, the products are the semi-finished products. They should be dried with a dryer, and crushed with a crusher. The finished products will be in a small granule state. The fishermen should knead the dough with the puffed fishing bait and water, hang it on the hooks, and then fish. User can add a crusher in their ready-made fish feed production line to make fishing bait. After adding flavoring machinery, users can also make floating and sinking fish feed with the fishing bait processing line.
