Stunning design and unbelievably in my home town?! One question - in a MOB situation, where do you pull them up, amidships at the gate? Is there a portable ladder system or would it be using the winch? If We're in warm waters and want to swim, what is the solution there?

There is a boarding ladder that has a platform fitted for swimming. The listing broker has used it himself, so we know it works!

At the bow they could have an 8 shaped or A like post. On top of the 8 will have the roller furler In the top hole of the 8 will be the bow sprit. And the lower hole will be accessed for the anchor chain. In this way all will be central and balanced and more beautiful.

That is correct VAT would have to be paid as it was built for a US owner and exported from the EU.

This thing is a tank... and comes with a furnace. Seems like it was wade with cold conditions in mind. I wouldn't want one of those glass walled catamarans for sailing Alaska or Norway!

@@Andre-hi9xn nah..! Those deck-saloons are all the same! Too much seatis, ladders, ups and downs. And in the end, only one decent cabin in the bow! What's even worse, they are small even at 50+' I have seen Bestevaer(seen one you'd seen them all), and was astounded how tiny and small was at 49'! Heck, it has one(yeah right) one head/shower and one guest cabin not bigger than the one shiwn here! So the poster is right!
