Hi Alistair, great video. I noticed there seems to be 'Primary' cowels on the 'secondary' heads. Is this deliberate to assist with visibility? Or is it a simple mistake?

Steve, on a 'mid-block' crossing like this, there isn't any conflicting traffic phases, therefore primary hoods are used to provide maximum visibility for approaching traffic. Regards Alistair
