Puffstitch Bag / Crochet bag

When you google Crochet bags, you will always find bags with this pattern so I just had to make a short tutorial about it for you 😊 This technique looks also pretty nice if you combine it with other patterns, so you could eg make normal stitches for the "body" of the bag and only the top with Puff Stitches. Hope you like the tutorial!
For the bag, I use the following material:

Thank you! I never tried making this bag with e.g. cotton or acrylic yarn 🤔 If I would try it, I think I would use thick yarn and increase the number of yarn-overs per puff stitch. And you might think about sewing plastic canvas to its inside to keep it in shape.

How sturdy is this type of fabric? Will it stretch out or stay in shape?

Since you pull it through several times, it will get very thick and therefore, it doesn't stretch & stays in shape. If you would make normal stitches only with this yarn, I think it won't stay perfectly in shape 🤔
