The individuals who signed contracts with the label possessed the legal right to propose counteroffers or simply refuse to sign the contract present to them during the negotiation period. Puffy dint keep BIG's publishing, BIG relinquished his publishing for a single 200K payment. similar to Mase, The LOX, 112, and Shyne that we know of.
