This apartment is truly beautiful. I'd love to see its original layout and condition before the owners who did the refit and design worked their magic. What an inspiration for people new to tackle such a project! And, as for the price--include a stunninng view and you can expect top dollar unless your location is so off the beaten path that it loses appeal because a 4 wheel drive or a boat or seaplane is required to reach it. 😉😉 As I recall from seeing this region on a travel video, Puglia used to be a near abandoned region. Some ambitious and far-seeing people saw the potential for it to become a lovely retreat/holiday destination, scooped up various properties to restore and re-imagine, (especially those iconic conical roofed peasant homes) and voila! Desirable destinations and higher prices. Stunning place that worked brilliantly with the sqare footage and probably oddly placed and shaped rooms! And, as I'm often harping about--A real kitchen that someone could comfprtably prepare meals in. What a concept, right? Fiorella!

After traveling for 3 weeks plus in Italy and I just returned home, i got more of an idea of what I don't want in a home in Italy, so it's going to be even harder for me to find the right place, but either way, I will still travel to Italy as much as I can to visit different regions. This is a lovely home with an amazing view.

Very nice little appartment very well kept along with gorgeous view and small terrace. But way too expensive for me. I guess prices are much higher along the sea side for properties in good condition.

Very nice apartment, and those views are stunning! The gas stove gives one pause though - first because it is not really very safe to have the (non-vented) canisters inside the living area, and secondly because I can't imagine lugging those canisters up to the apartment! It'd be easy to switch to electric though.
