I got to know 2 rules of Muslims recently and Logically they are so healthy and good for the long term. 1. you guys drink water while sitting and when we connect it to the science drinking water while sitting doesn't make your knees weak. 2. ROZA or Ramdaan, I'm sorry I'm confused. but yes I know that you guys keep fast for 1 month and maybe eaten only after 12 hours. this is so much beneficial for skin, hair and stomach.
