Tapioca starch 50g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Boiling Water 250 ml
Dipping Sauce
Fine Chopped Garlic fresh 1 clove
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Sugar !tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Chilli Oil 1 tsp
Ground Sesame seed
