Best advice is to file a complaint with the magistrate court. Forget the Police Complaint Authority. It is just another organization to mistreat the public. It is staffed with retired officials so that they can maintain their perks and accommodation.

Hi Sir, I had invested some money with someone and I was unable to get my money back. Finally, I went to the nearby police station and made a police complaint. the borrower came forward and we made the settlement on mutual understanding without the police getting involved. Now I would like to take my police complaint back but the police officer is not comfortable and he is harassing me and telling he has spent lots of time on this matter and I can't just come and make complaint and take it back whenever I want. Can you advice me please?

I was complaint in P.C.A -Is case mein kya kare agar yeh reply aaya hua ho to as given below ? - kindly revert back It is also intimated that presently Police Complaints Authority, Union Territory, Chandigarh is not functional as its re-constitution is under process with Chandigarh Administration/MHA, Govt. of India. However, as and when the PCA starts functioning again your complaint will be put up before the competent authority. Regards O/o Police Complaints Authority, Union Territory, Chandigarh

Sir, Maine P. C. A- Chandigarh mai complain register ki. Mujhe response mila P. C. A-Chandigarh is not functional as its re-constitution is under process with Chandigarh Administration/MHA, Govt. of India. In this regarding maine ministry of home affair se R. T. I se jawab maanga. To M. H. A se response aaya P. C. A - Chandigarh is functional I recieve two different response from the same department,So Right now what can I do?
