वीडियो में दम नही.... 1)पहली बात ये की पीड़ित या आरोपी को कैसे मालूम पड़ेगा कि फेयर जाँच हो रही है या नही?? वो तो चालान(चार्जशीट) पेश होने के बाद ही मालूम पड़ता है 2) किस स्टेज या किस तारीख में लगाएं फेयर इन्वेस्टीगेशन की application?? 3) चार्जशीट पेश होने के बाद क्या

How to file FIR 15 years ho gye h h Ik complaint krte hoi against my relatives they misbehave my family he throw my things ….even I provide cctv to police bt he didn’t take any actions..now I changed my home I m on rent Soo I can protect my family .Every tym they come in my room in my upset n throw my things like tv ,sofa ,utensils,bike ..no action is taken by police every time he takes bribery n wrong investigation is done n file wrong report n submit to mm wht to do I m very tense 😢😢m kaise kro m ehna afford nhi kr sakdi lawyer ka rent ka i m middle class 😢

मेरी जरिए 156(3) सीआरपीसी एफआईआर दर्ज की गई थी , किं तु 1 साल से पुलिस चार्जसीट दाखिल नहीं कर रही है प्रगति रिपोर्ट कोर्ट में डालने पर आईओ कहता कि विसरा रिपोर्ट नहीं अाई है इसलिए चार्जसीट दाखिल नहीं कर सकते विवेचना जारी है, क्या करूं
