These are not pure Gaddi Dogs, breeders in Punjab, Haryana breed them for height, injecting chemicals and steroids to get the desired characteristics. Pure Gaddi Dogs found in Himalayan regions don't go beyond 29 inches at the shoulder, they are working line dogs and are way more muscular since they walk at least 10-15 kms per day.

@@SankalpSSC1 bro I am talking about Punjab yes you are right but in Punjab’s major portion of are the weather will be around 1-15 degrees in cold and in summer starting and ending it will be 20-30 but in mid summer the temperature will be like 30-45 degrees it is very hot for a gadi or bhotia dog but I also own a gaddi female and she is living with us for more than 6 years and she is still active as she was in winter now the temperature is approx 40 degrees in Punjab and now I use a table tan for her in day and in night I don’t use anything yes it is a big problem if you don’t have space we have a big house and we also live in middle of farms because of it she is definitely living freely and happily here I also agree if you live in city or on a road with not much space it will create a problem but in my home she is living very well and she is a pure gaddi dog of 26 inch and me with my mammu brought him from Himachal and yes you are also right they need exercise and everything and we bought her because we need security because we live alone in fields and trust me gaddi dogs are best breed and yes gaddis can’t live in a city or a warm state like Rajasthan
