I started the game with lighters banner and got him in 60 pulls and his engine in 20. I now have 230 pulls saved up with the update giving a further 100 or so more pulls. If i get lucky with miyabi i think ill be able to comfortably go for evelyn and astra

Pulling Lighter was always on the table for me. I don't have anyone to pair Lighter with but I'm a big fan of the SoC and I got him anyways. So when the drip marking for Evelyn dropped, I was rejoicing😭. If I can keep the FOMO on Miyabi away, pulling Astra Yao and Evelyn is my plan!

I did end up pulling Lighter on this last day, but I was already trying to pull after seeing a JP player who did DPS Koleda clears with him. Just happened to scrounge up the enough free Poly's right at the end. (Also like Nekomata more now from her story) It does feel a bit bad because I did peep in and learn Astra has something about more Chain Attacks, but Lighter just isn't worthwhile without a Caly girl or Attacker. That combo coulda been real nice (building both stunners DPS), but it is what it is. I can definitely guarantee her between 1.4 and 1.5, but I would like to save for a new character that makes me REALLY want to pull and not just, "ooh, that'd be cool." I'll be honest, I just want to pair Pulchra with Burnice ever since that cutscene, so literally no one else interests me. Needless to say, Evelyn is an easy skip. I don't need characters to beat the game anyway, so I just want character to make the ones I love better.

I gots lighter because im a sons of calydon fan but i was kinda bummed he's not as good as I thought with burnice and miyabi. I was hoping a good dps would be coming for him so im glad Ellen just feels too clunky these days and im not building a standard dps

Lighter and Lucy are actually a very good team for Miyabi! But yes, it's a bummer Burnice, Lighter, and Miyabi don't work as a team. All because Hoyo decided to make Lighter a supporter exclusive for attackers. 🙄 I still believe his passive should've been Fire/Ice characters and Sons of Calydon.

I wonder, and maybe someone can help me I've got Lighter bc I thought, in at least one miHoYo game I wanna concentrate on Waifu/Husbando over Meta I play him with Soldier 11 and Lucy, bam, one team but I'm missing a second team, and I thought about trying to get Miyabi (which would be Meta over Waifu/Husbando) But now I'm not too sure anymore with Astra and Evelyn on the horizon, tho it also depends on how they'd play and their personality and idk what I should be doing rn

Ima Skip Im a F2P player and I already accept that I wont be getting all the agents in this game. If I ever do pull for new agents I'm 100% gonna miss the 50/50 and thats when I will save alot for the Next Big OP agent to get the 50/50 guarantee. Miss the 50/50 since Jane Doe been skipping alot and saving up for Miyabi.

its up to you but characters will rerun eventually. skipping every character in hope for the most op character might ruin the fun. you will always be stuck with the same teams. miyabi is looking to be the strongest character but you dont have to pull her, just pull who you like regardless of how op they are. having fun characters to play with is better than having no characters and always waiting for the best. i didnt want lighter but i really liked all of the cutscenes and i enjoyed the yadayadayada gameplay. i want miyabi but i am really having fun with my s11 lucy lighter team rn and i heard we will get like 140 pulls in 1.4 so you will get more than enough to be prepared for the character you want most in the future if you just save a little and spend a little every now and then :)

I skip lighter cause kolida is already good for me she's may not be a good DMG dealer for a fire stunner but she can instantly almost stun the enemy for just 1 EX push while lighter you need click so fast to to stun the enemy

you dont need to click multiple times, you can just hold the attack button, this is a gamechanger for me :D

I’ve been looking for reasons to pull him, usually when I do tht gives me a hint I should skip. Thing is I do like lighters character, but I already have burnice and soldier 11, I am wondering if he could give me a boost for ice, considering I don’t have Ellen sadly. I have lycaon though. If somebody could give me some advice I’d appreciate it.

lighter is really fun and good in s11 teams and i can really recommend pulling him if you like him. i didnt want him at first but his coolness, the ep and the event where we could try him out changed my mind completely. you can never go wrong with an amazing support and even tho he is a stunner, his buffs are amazing and very easy to sustain. there will most probably be a lot more agents in the future that can really make use of him :) i also have lycaon and i replaced him but i might try out a lycaon and lighter team aswell since many people said they can also go well together!!

Of course, nobody in this game requires a specific character to work. But if people are looking for a really strong Evelyn team, surely Lighter is mandatory lol. Even DPS Ben is insane right now due to Lighter, so just imagine him with a limited fire character.

It's not some weird made up name, Evelyn is one of the top 10 girls' names in the country, and there's almost 500,000 people with that name in the US. Probably worth figuring out how to pronounce it, not just for future videos but just in case you meet one IRL. Pretty negative rizz if you're pronouncing their name in a way that sounds like "elephant".
